The Critical Care Skills Institute is a hosted organisation with financial services being provided to us by our host Trust

The supplier for AIM materials/Train the Trainers is Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. The provider of the materials/Train the Trainers is the Critical Care Skills Institute

When requesting for a purchase order to be raised by your procurement department for AIM materials/Train the Trainers please ensure a copy of the purchase order is sent to AIM.CCSI@mft.nhs.uk otherwise it will not get received

AIM Manuals/Pocket Cards

Please note, due to increasing costs, we are having to put up our prices for AIM Manuals. Quotes can be obtained from AIM.CCSI@mft.nhs.uk

The following manuals are available:

  • Adult (RGN)  Version 6                                             (17 per box)
  • Clinical Support Worker (HCA)  Version 3           (35 per box)
  • Maternal  Version 2                                                    (18 per box)
  • Paediatric Version 1.2                                                 (15 per box)

(Note box quantities may differ when we go to re-print, we are happy to split boxes if needed, it will just take slightly longer to process your order)

ABCDE (SBAR) Pocket Cards are available for the following:

  • Adult (RGN)
  • Clinical Support Worker (HCA)
  • Maternal

Purchase orders must be emailed to AIM.CCSI@mft.nhs.uk

Please allow turnaround time of up to two weeks for processing of orders. If you have not received your order, nor had any communication from us within three weeks of placing the order, please contact AIM.CCSI@mft.nhs.uk

 

How to book a place on AIM TTT

Candidates must be nominated by the local AIM Lead

To request a place on the course with the Critical Care Skills Institute, there is a process to be followed and a Booking Request Form must be completed
